We provide high-quality emergency staffing solutions for services across the UK working with local authorities, NHS trusts, and care providers to ensure that no young person falls through the cracks.Our work is values-led, impact-driven, and deeply rooted in compassion. Now, were looking for a dynamic Partnerships Manager to help us deepen our relationships, grow our network, and scale our impact.The Role: As our Partnerships Manager, youll play a central role in building, maintaining, and growing key relationships with commissioning bodies, NHS trusts, local authorities, and care providers. Youll work closely with the leadership team to identify strategic partnership opportunities, lead on business development conversations, and ensure that our partners feel seen, supported, and inspired by the work were doing.Key Responsibilities:Lead on developing and delivering a national partnership strategy aligned to our missionBuild strong, trusting relationships with senior stakeholders across commissioning teams, NHS services, childrens homes, and partner organisationsIdentify new business and collaboration opportunities and lead on outreach and proposalsRepresent Young Crisis Hub at sector events, panels, roundtables, and networking meetingsWork closely with internal teams (clinical, operations, recruitment) to ensure partnership goals are deliveredMonitor partner satisfaction and feedback, identifying opportunities to improve our offerSupport contract renewals, reporting, and relationship management across existing accountsKeep up to date with market trends, funding developments, and policy changes affecting young people in crisisWhat Were Looking For:Experience in a partnerships, business development, or stakeholder engagement role ideally within health, social care, or childrens servicesA natural relationship-builder with emotional intelligence and strategic thinkingConfidence speaking with commissioners, directors, and senior leadersExceptional communication and presentation skillsAn understanding of the challenges facing young peoples mental health and crisis care is a strong plusComfortable working at pace, across multiple projectsValues-aligned, driven by social impact, and unafraid to challenge the status quoWhy Join Us?A purpose-driven role with real-world impactFlexible working with a supportive, close-knit teamOpportunities for growth across a pioneering and expanding groupA chance to be part of systemic change in childrens crisis care
