We are currently recruiting for an outstanding professional to join our Children and Families Trust in Bradford, where your work will have a direct and lasting impact on the lives of vulnerable children and their families.About the Role As a Senior Social Worker, you will be a key member of the Children and Families Trust team, delivering high-quality services and leading by example in effective social work practice. This role involves assessment, planning, and the implementation of tailored interventions to meet the needs of children and familiesensuring safety, stability, and support.Key Responsibilities Assessments & InterventionsConduct thorough assessments and deliver impactful interventions that support children and families. Multi-Agency CollaborationWork closely with professionals in health, education, and the voluntary sector to ensure coordinated care. Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong, trusting relationships with children, families, and carers. Practice LeadershipDemonstrate expertise and act as a role model in delivering best practice across the team. Policy ContributionSupport the development and implementation of service procedures and policies.
