This role involves assessment, planning, and the implementation of tailored interventions to meet the needs of children and familiesensuring safety, stability, and support.Key Responsibilities Assessments & InterventionsConduct thorough assessments and deliver impactful interventions that support children and families. Multi-Agency CollaborationWork closely with professionals in health, education, and the voluntary sector to ensure coordinated care. Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong, trusting relationships with children, families, and carers. Practice LeadershipDemonstrate expertise and act as a role model in delivering best practice across the team. Policy ContributionSupport the development and implementation of service procedures and policies.
