If you thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and are passionate about helping others, we would love to hear from you!Role Overview:In this role, youll manage the full US petition process, deliver strategic advice to clients, and ensure compliance with U.S. immigration laws and regulations. The role will focus on O & P visa categories, supporting professionals across the creative sectors.We are flexible as to experience and realistic as to salary applicants should provide details of experience and salary expectations.This role is open to US qualified lawyers regardless of their location, but for those seeking to move to the UK this role might provide the perfect opportunity as we are confident we could secure you a work permit.Key Responsibilities: Prepare and submit employment-based (I-129) visa petitions. Draft, review, and organise supporting documentation. Handle O and P visa applications from start to finish. Communicate professionally with clients, government agencies (USCIS, DOL), and internal teams. Keep up-to-date with U.S. immigration laws and policy changes. Manage a high-volume caseload independently while meeting strict deadlines. Collaborate closely with our in-house Global Visa Specialists and administrative support teams.Requirements: Licensed to practise law in at least one U.S. state (e.g., NY, CA, TX). In good standing with a U.S. bar association. While experience in practicing U.S. immigration law is preferred, training can be given. Strong research, writing, and organisational skills. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and remotely. Enthusiasm for the small print.Desirable Skills: Familiarity with visa categories such as O-1/O-2 and P-1/P-1S.
