This role will see you working on bespoke components and metal assemblies supporting high-end factory automation systems. Key Responsibilities: Operate & manage brake press machinery Perform MIG & TIG welding to high standards Read and interpret technical drawings Contribute to continuous improvements and suggest better processes Log work accurately and complete essential production admin Ensure compliance with health & safety standards Your Profile: Solid experience in fabrication shop environments Proficient in MIG & TIG welding Brake press operation experience Excellent Production Management and Team leadership skills.
