A reputable client of ours is looking for a Packaging & Labelling Supervisor to oversee the packaging of their clinical trial supplies in a state-of-the-art cGMP production facility.This is your chance to step into a pivotal leadership role where youll ensure quality, compliance, and efficiency every step of the way.ResponsibilitiesWhat Youll Be Doing:Lead and supervise a team in clinical supplies packaging & labellingOversee daily operations, schedules, and resources for productionEnsure strict compliance with cGMPs, SOPs, and health & safety guidelinesMaintain production accuracy through systems like SAPDrive continuous improvement and support cross-functional collaborationConduct staff training and support technical documentation effortsInvestigate and resolve process deviations with corrective actionsRequirementsRequirements:Proven leadership in a production or packaging settingIn-depth knowledge of cGMPs and global regulatory requirements (MHRA, FDA, EU CTR)Experience in clinical trial supplies or pharmaceutical manufacturingBachelors degree in Science or Mechanical Engineering (required)Strong communication, scheduling, and multitasking abilitiesProficiency with tools like SAP, Veeva, MS Office
