What You'll Do:Support critical systems across ERP (Dynamics 365 Business Central), WMS, robotic automation, courier integrations, and in-house techTriage and resolve incidents, monitor system performance, and escalate issues with clear replication stepsCoordinate software releases and patches including testing and user support during go-livesBridge the gap between tech and warehouse teams translating operational issues into technical actionsDrive continuous improvement by identifying recurring issues, proposing long-term fixes, and helping shape product directionCreate documentation and deliver hands-on training to users across the pharmacy operation What Youll Bring:Strong experience supporting ERP, WMS, or automation systems in e-commerce, pharmacy, or manufacturingHands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central (admin/config/troubleshooting)Strong incident management and stakeholder communication skillsExperience working closely with development, product, or QA teamsA methodical, solution-focused mindset comfortable juggling tech, ops, and training Bonus: Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant (MB-800) Tech & Tools You'll Touch:Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business CentralRobotic automation tools (e.g., Robopharma or equivalent)WMS, courier systems, and bespoke pick/pack softwareTicketing systems and test case documentationApply with your CV if you think this could be right for you!
