They are currently looking for an experienced Electrician to join their maintenance engineering team.Apply now, read the job details by scrolling down Double check you have the necessary skills before sending an application.Responsibilities: Reacts to requests from the Management team and other operating departments to assess and repair where possible faults with all aspects of the buildings including HVAC, lighting & small power issues, plumbing problemsInstallation of additional electrical circuitsUndertakes and records regular Planned Preventative Maintenance Programme Temperature checks of water systems as specified in the site Water Risk AssessmentsFire alarm testing, fire equipment checks, meter readings, running generator, etcCarries out Health & Safety testing to include the Control of Legionella, Portable Appliance Testing, Emergency Lighting testing etcExperience & Qualifications Required:Must be eligible to work within the UK - essentialMust be time served Electrician, preferable completed 18th Edition IEE Wiring Regulations - essentialAble to carry out Portable Appliance Testing (PAT) - preferredSome understanding and awareness of Heating ,Ventilation & Air Conditioning systems Good all round knowledge of electrical distribution systems - essential Building Management Systems experienceRequires understanding and using various hand tools, electrical tools, and test and inspection equipment - essential Must be able to work a flexible working pattern over 7 days
