You'll play a key role in Maintenance to ensure the technical availability and reliability of production machinery and facilities. Hours of work are- Sunday20.50pm to 6am Mon to Thurs22:30pm to 6amKey Responsibilities: Maintain machinery in a clean, safe, and orderly condition according to TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) schedules Perform first-line repairs to enable continued production Use machine downtime and OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) data to improve uptime Minimize maintenance-related costs through efficient repair and planning Participate in process and equipment improvement initiatives Assist in the management and selection of spare parts and equipment Support project activities and provide technical input when needed Mentor apprentices and support their development Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and the Brose code of conduct Requirements: Relevant technical qualification (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, or Multi-Skilled Engineering) Experience in industrial maintenance or manufacturing environments Strong understanding of TPM, OEE, and maintenance best practices Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail Ability to work independently and in a team Effective communication and mentoring skillsWhy Join?
