The Company: BoobyBiome is transforming infant health by delivering the breast milk microbiome to all babies.Is your CV ready If so, and you are confident this is the role for you, make sure to apply asap.Our research-driven innovations aim to improve early-life health outcomes.BoobyBiome's first product is a baby bottle device designed to protect the beneficial bacteria in expressed breast milk.We are also developing a synbiotic for formula-fed infants.The Role We are looking for an ambitious marketing generalist to join as our first marketing hire at an exciting pre-launch stage.You will be responsible for building BoobyBiomes marketing strategy and social presence from the ground up.This is a dynamic, hands-on role with involvement across many areas.You will work closely with the founding team across content, digital, social, and analytics.Initially, the focus will be on brand evolution, content creation, organic social, and launching campaigns to reach new and expecting parents (D2C).Over time, youll help shape our B2B marketing to partners and hospitals and take on more responsibility for analytics and performance.You will report directly to the COO, with a dotted line to the CEO and CTO.Brand Marketing and Community Develop brand strategies that engage and educate new and expecting parents Lead BoobyBiomes presence on Instagram, TikTok, and other key channels.Create short-form video, educational posts, blogs, and campaign content aligned with our mission Manage content calendars, website updates, and landing pages to support growth and conversion Support relationships with influencers, collaborators, healthcare professionals, and parent advocates Email and CRM Collate and segment email lists from campaigns and website leads Design, write, and deliver email campaigns to engage and convert our audiences Set up and manage basic CRM tools and automated workflows Growth and Analytics Monitor consumer trends and behavioural insights to refine messaging and targeting Support or manage paid social campaigns (e.g.Meta, TikTok, Google); track performance and optimise spend Analyse funnel data (e.g.CAC, conversion rates) using attribution and CRM tools to inform strategy Contribute to CRO through performance analysis, A/B testing, and content or UX updates Forecast and report on campaign performance, sharing actionable insights with the team The Candidate Essential qualifications and experience: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Sciences or a related field.Understanding of scientific or health-related topics is a strong plus 4 years' experience in a marketing or growth role, ideally in a startup, health, or science-driven brand Proven ability to create and manage content across Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms Skilled in interpreting performance data to optimise marketing strategy Experience running or managing paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, or Google Ads Working knowledge of SEO for content, metadata, and keywords Comfortable doing a bit of everything, from setting strategy and creating content to reviewing ad performance or building an email flow An empathetic person comfortable with content creation around breastfeeding, understanding and supporting that every parent's experience will be different.Desirable qualifications and experience: Design skills (e.g.Adobe, Canva, Figma) to produce basic graphics or assets Familiarity with email marketing and CRM tools Basic knowledge of Shopify for content updates and product tracking Experience with Amazon listings, A content, and keyword optimisation Experience in health and/or baby industry is a strong bonus.Benefits: Employee share option plan.Career growth and development opportunities in a collaborative and innovative work environment.Enhanced flexibility for remote working arrangements and family commitments.Opportunity to work on a revolutionary product that can significantly impact infant health.Salary: 45K, depending on experience.How to Apply: Interested candidates should submit their resume and a cover letter detailing their relevant experience and why they are interested in joining BoobyBiome.Please send your application to info@boobybiome.com.Due to a high volume of applications we may not be able to respond to everyone.BoobyBiome is an equal opportunity employer.We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all team members.
