This is an interesting and varied position.Managing day-to-day legal queries and advising on a variety of legal issues facing the UK business.Drafting, negotiating and advising on commercial contracts for suppliers, agencies and software, consumer contracts, marketing law (terms and conditions, promotions and advertising campaigns.Technology projectsStakeholder managementAdvising on high level consumer complaintsInstructing and managing external lawyersCreating template documents and processes as necessaryTraining and development for internal clientsCompliance and regulatory oversight and guidance OFCOM, ICOAbout youSignificant commercial legal experienceStrong academicsIn-house experience essential either gained on secondment or working in-house permanently.Law firm trainedStrong interpersonal skillsPQE bracket is 4 years and above.
