A high volume of applicants is expected for the role as detailed below, do not wait to send your CV.Electrical Engineering Manager EV ChargingLocation: London (3 Days Per Week On-Site)Salary: 62.5k Base + Car Allowance + Bonus (80k OTE).Type: Full-Time, PermanentOverviewAn opportunity for an experienced Electrical Engineering Manager to join a growing team delivering EV charging infrastructure projects across the UK. You will play a key role in ensuring installations are designed, delivered, and commissioned to a high standard, working closely with internal teams, contractors, and local authorities.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee end-to-end technical delivery of EV charging sites, from initial design through installation and commissioningIdentify and flag delivery risks, technical issues, and any factors that could impact project timelines or qualityManage relationships with suppliers, contractors, and relevant stakeholders to keep delivery on trackProvide technical support to internal teams on design standards, compliance, and installation practicesEnsure alignment between product selection, system compatibility, and network standardsReport regularly on project performance, risks, and delivery milestonesMonitor on-site compliance with HSE regulations and company health 'safety policiesWork cross-functionally with design, planning, and operations to ensure smooth deliveryAct as a technical advisor to senior leadership when requiredAbout YouYoure a qualified electrician or technical project lead with hands-on experience in delivering EV charging or electrical infrastructure projects. You're confident working across multiple stakeholders, managing technical risk, and ensuring safe, compliant installations in fast-paced environments.Skills & ExperienceExperience in a similar role (Technical Manager, Electrical Project Manager, or Supervisor)Proven track record delivering EV charging or comparable electrical infrastructureStrong knowledge of HV/LV systems, DNO connections, and working in public highways environmentsProficient in relevant software (AutoCAD, Amtech/Trimble) and confident with manual calculationsWorking knowledge of BS7671, the IET Code of Practice, and the 18th EditionFamiliar with project reporting, supply chain management, and performance trackingAbility to provide electrical sign-off and ideally act as a NICEIC Qualifying SupervisorQualificationsCity & Guilds 2382 (18th Edition, 2nd Amendment)City & Guilds 2391 or equivalentRecognised electrical qualification (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)SSSTS or SMSTS ()Higher-level qualification in electrical or electronic engineering ()Full UK driving licenceIf this role is of interest, please apply directly and share any questions to abbey.graham@everec.co.uk#J-18808-Ljbffr
