This role reports directly to the CEO and plays a central role in shaping the way our brand is seen, felt, and experienced across our website, social media, online marketing channels, and more.You will manage a high-performing and expanding in-house team (currently 3 Producers and 2 Social roles) and an evolving roster of freelance talent. From ideation to execution, you will be fully accountable for delivering market-leading, emotionally charged content that sets the standard in our category - evoking fantasy, fable, and dark femininity. This role will call on your strong creative direction and production experience.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Disturbias Creative Direction: Own and evolve the visual and content identity of the brand ensuring every asset is on-brand, innovative, and emotionally resonantManage Creative Operations: Oversee the end-to-end production of all photographic and video content from briefing and budgeting to scheduling and final delivery.Content Strategy & Delivery: Partner with the E-Commerce Director, Design and Buying Directors to ensure content plans support key trading moments and product launches with impact, particularly for social-first channels ensuring seasonal product and customer acquisition strategies are reflected in the content variation whilst remaining culturally relevant.Team Leadership: Inspire and lead an in-house team of Producers & Social Media specialists and manage a network of external creatives, including photographers, videographers, stylists, make up artists and more.Talent Scouting: Source and maintain relationships with fresh, unique and exclusive faces to feature in Disturbia content, casting talent who represent the strength, confidence, and individuality of our brand.Creative Budget Management: Own and optimize the annual creative budget, balancing innovation with efficiency to deliver maximum visual impact.Brand Stewardship: Uphold and evolve the brands content guidelines and tone of voice, setting and maintaining a clear creative vision across the business.Innovative Tend Led Content Production: Stay ahead of creative, visual, and cultural trends to ensure Disturbia remains a market leader and innovator in fashion content.
