Most vegetables are grown in their own non-dig vegetable and flower garden. The meat is also locally sourced, and the owners prioritize sustainability.Responsibilities:Manage profitability, ensuring revenue and guest satisfaction targets are met and exceeded.Provide effective leadership to a young, dynamic team.Ensure compliance with and exceeding all Brand Service Standards.Control costs and identify revenue opportunities to enhance profitability.What are we looking for?An excellent, food-focused General Manager.Rooms experience is a plus but not essential.Proven experience in leading and motivating a team.Experience managing budgets, revenue proposals, and forecasting in a similar-sized property.Strong leadership skills.Exceptional communication abilities.Hands-on operational management experience.#J-18808-Ljbffr
