This employer is recognised globally for quality and innovative deliverables.A variety of soft skills and experience may be required for the following role Please ensure you check the overview below carefully.The successful HSE Officer will be easily able to commute to HUDDERSFIELD from surrounding towns & cities, including Leeds, Dewsbury, Halifax, Wakefield and Brighouse.Key Responsibilities of the HSE Officer will include:Support the UK HSE Lead to ensure Health and Safety and Environmental policies are consistently implemented throughout the large organisationPromote Health and Safety and Environmental improvements by engaging all levels of stakeholdersCollate, report and investigate accidents and near missesEnsure HSE training is delivered in accordance with regulatory requirementsConduct risk assessments across the entire siteSupport in ISO14001 & ISO 45001 maintenance and auditingFor the HSE Officer role, we are keen to receive CVs from candidates who possess:Experience as a HSE Officer or similar within a Heavy Engineering environment (highly desirable)Experience maintaining or auditing ISO14001 and ISO45001 within an Engineering or Manufacturing environmentThe ability to collaborate and engage with stakeholders of all levelsSalary & Benefits:up to 41,300 (35k + 6300 18% shift allowance) depending on experienceAlternate shift patternsDay shift 0630am 1430pm Monday to FridayEvening shift 1330pm 2100pm Monday to Thursday and 1330pm to 1730pm Friday37.5 hours per week25 Days annual leave + Bank holidaysCompany pension contributions of up to 8%Please be aware that many roles working for our client will be subject to both security and export control restrictions.
