Hays are excited to be working with a growing manufacturing organisation based in the Warrington area leading in their field, to find a hands-on, proactive HSE Lead to cover 2 sites nearby in the region.Apply (by clicking the relevant button) after checking through all the related job information below.This is an exciting role for a HSE professional to manage processes and make Health & Safety their own on these sites.To be successful in this role you must be NEBOSH qualified with experience as a Senior Advisor in a manufacturing or engineering-led environment.The roleMaintain, update and implement all HSE documentation for the sitesWork in collaboration with internal and external stakeholdersKeep business leaders and site teams up to date with all Health & Safety expectations and legislationEncourage and monitor reporting, communicating effectively solutions and improvements to the wider businessMaintain ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 accreditations for the siteLiaise with external auditors when necessaryThe candidateNEBOSH General Certificate (Minimum)Experience managing HSE Matters in a manufacturing settingIEMA or similar environmental qualifications would be advantageousA hands-on attitude to Health & Safety willing to muck inA salary of 45k+ is available for the right candidate.Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
