With over 70 staff (half of whom are engineers), were expanding our field engineering team in Londonand we need people who are more than just installers.The RoleYoull be part of a highly respected engineering team that installs, configures, and maintains a wide range of comms and surveillance technologies. This includes:RF and radio systemsCCTV and integrated surveillanceVehicle-mounted equipmentYoull be out in the fieldmostly in Londonmaking sure our customers stay connected, protected, and supported.This is a hands-on, technically interesting role for someone who enjoys working independently, solving problems on the fly, and working with a variety of kit.What Were Looking ForExperience with RF systems, CCTV, or vehicle commsStrong fault-finding and system integration skillsFull UK driving licence (essential)Eligibility for Security Clearance (must have lived in the UK for the last 5 years)Willingness to undergo a DBS check prior to startingYoull be put through SC Clearance once on boardReliable, proactive, and comfortable working alone or as part of a wider teamBased in or near LondonWhats in it for You?Salary: 40k45k (Senior roles 45k50k; Lead Engineers up to 70k+)Vehicle: Company car or van (usually a car for London)Overtime: Paid or taken as time in lieuOn-call allowanceLeave: 25 days holiday + bank holidays (4 taken at Christmas)Health & Pension: Medicash plan and statutory pensionWork variety: High-end, low-volume projectsno conveyor belt installations hereWho You'll Be Working WithYour colleagues will be smart, capable engineers who care about doing the job right.
