Contact existing customers to complete annual reviews.Identify changes in circumstances and recommend adjustments.Ensure documentation is accurate and compliant.Keep accurate records of review outcomes.Work collaboratively with other teams (e.g., compliance, Insolvency) Proved New Advice and ensure to always put the customer first with recommendations.What skills and experience do we need you to have?
