Job Title: Residential Support Worker – Children’s Services Location: Fawley Salary: £28,000 – £30,000 + sleep-ins Contract Type: Full time – (Days, Evenings, Weekends, Bank Holidays) Requirements * Must have the right to live and work in the UK * Must be able to work long shifts, including evenings and weekends * Previous experience working with children or in a residential care setting is desirable * Willingness to work towards Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (if not already held) About the role As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a key role in providing consistent, high-quality care in a children’s residential setting. You’ll help create a safe, stable, and supportive home environment that enables young people to thrive emotionally, socially, and practically.
