Through thoughtfully crafted spaces and heritage-driven storytelling, we are shaping the future of luxury retail with creativity, mindfulness, and an unwavering commitment to honouring tradition and explorationKey Responsibilities, to include but not be limited to:Assisting with shipping and logistics across all areas of the business for wholesale, eCommerce, Retail and the company in generalAssisting the Operations Manager with checking all relevant paperwork from shipping territories, creating documents for customs clearance and providing approvals to shipSupporting with the creation and updates to shipping schedules, helping to solve any shipping challenges and finding the quickest and most cost-effective solutionLiaising with our shipping partners, including freight forwarders and couriersSupporting the Operations Manager in keeping wholesale clients up to date on shipping progress, including in-Distribution Centre dates and confirmation of deliveryHighlighting specific client shipping requirements with each shipping territoryLearning and working on ERP delivery systems to support workflowCreating and updating invoicing for deliveriesAssisting Production team with bulk shipments from all factoriesIdeal candidateIdeally some previous experience working in shipping and logisticsPositive, professional and consistent in natureHigh level of attention to detailStrong excel skillsAbility to remain calm and work under pressure to resolve timely shipping challengesAbility to work on own initiative as well as part of a teamHighly organized with strong admin skills
