We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Order Processing Coordinator to join our dynamic Trade Sales team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in ensuring smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:Support the Trade Sales team in achieving departmental goals, ensuring high standards of service and efficiency in a busy and rewarding environment.Provide end-to-end support to customers seeking bespoke secondary glazing solutions, from initial enquiry to order completion.Process sales quotations and orders accurately, ensuring all details are correct and reflect customer requirements.Handle inbound customer calls professionally, addressing enquiries, processing orders, and resolving issues with a positive, can-do attitude.Maintain clear and consistent communication with the team and line manager, providing regular updates on order progress and any potential challenges.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.Key Requirements:Proven experience in a data entry or administrative role with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.Prior experience in a customer contact role, where you confidently managed customer queries, concerns, and complaints.Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.A proactive, self-motivated individual who takes pride in their work and strives for continuous improvement.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with customers and team members.The Nice thingsCasual DressFree on-site parkingLunch on us (certain days throughout the year)Sweet treats for special occasionsOngoing training, and role developmentFree tea, coffee & juiceCompetitive salary structureFestive CelebrationsRecognition for hard work giftsThis role is office based, Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm.
