Acting as deputy to the team lead, youll oversee a team of 12 and take the lead on national key client relationships.Youll deliver expert valuations, market appraisals, and consultancy advice across London and the Home Countieswhile championing service excellence and commercial success.What youll be doing:Spearheading business development efforts and seizing cross-selling opportunities across the wider firm.Nurturing a high-performance culture where your team is inspired to grow their networks and win new business.Taking full ownership of client relationships and driving the delivery of high-quality valuation work.Supporting the strategic direction of the team while enjoying real autonomy to innovate and lead.What were looking for:A commercially astute leader with a proven track record in business development and people management.Deep expertise in commercial property valuation, particularly for loan security and financial reporting purposes.Proficiency in valuation tools such as KEL and Argus.Someone with entrepreneurial energy and a passion for growing a team and service line.This is an exciting opportunity for someone ready to step into a leadership role with influence, autonomy, and the backing of a market-leading brand.Interested?
