We operate a 360 model, so youll have full ownership of your desk, backed by a strong brand, a loyal network, and a values-led culture that prioritises quality over quantity.Alongside recruitment, Four HR is proud to add real value to our network through:Four Connect HR our networking group with over 200 membersQuarterly HR events across the North WestRegular market insight reports shared with our clients and candidatesA new HRD/CPO group launching this yearKey ResponsibilitiesManaging the full recruitment lifecycle for HR roles across the North WestBuilding and maintaining long-term relationships with clients and candidatesAttending client meetings and relevant networking eventsWriting engaging job adverts and screening quality candidatesManaging interview processes and negotiating offersProviding consultative advice and market insightsSupporting HR-focused events and marketing campaignsWhat We OfferA permanent 4-day working week (Monday to Thursday)Hybrid working 2 days per week in our Adlington officeGenuine flexible working were a family-first organisation that understands life happens.
