Having launched last summer during Goodwood Festival of Speed, the first production car will be soon in the hands of media ahead of a global public tour this summer.Role ResponsibilitiesAssist the Head of Marketing in supporting development of comprehensive marketing strategies for an assigned brand within the DRVN Group to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growthCollaborate with the wider marketing team to create and implement integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, print, and eventsConduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights, and use findings to inform marketing strategies and tacticsManage the brands online presence, including website content, SEO, and social media platforms, to enhance brand visibility and engagementCreate compelling marketing collateral, such as brochures, presentations, videos, and advertisements, that effectively communicate the company's value proposition and key messagesMonitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives, and make data-driven recommendations for optimisationCollaborate cross-functionally with other teams to ensure alignment and integration of marketing efforts with overall business objectivesStay up to date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing, and incorporate relevant insights into marketing strategies and tacticsAssist in managing marketing budgets and tracking expensesSupport the Events team in planning and coordination automotive events, exhibitions, and product launches where requiredCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.Essential skills3+ years marketing experience of working within the Automotive Sector and/or a relevant Marketing degree or equivalentAbility to write great content that underpins marketing strategiesDemonstrated experience in supporting and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns across multiple channels, including digital marketingUnderstanding of marketing principles, brand management, and integrated marketing communicationsAnalytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, metrics, and market research to make data-driven decisionsKnowledge of the key concepts of digital marketing including SEOProficiency in marketing software and analytics toolsFully confident in using Microsoft packages at an advanced levelFlexibility to travel within the UK and abroad when requiredMust have IDLR/ Full right to work in UK- Sponsorship will not be provided.Please note we do not provide sponsorships to those who require it and will only accept applications from those who have full rights to work in the UK with no restrictions and IDLR/Full Settlement status.
