Job Role: CNC MachinistIf you would like to know a bit more about this opportunity, or are considering applying, then please read the following job information.Location: Gloucester Contract: PermanentDAYS M-FIn this role you will be responsible for setting & operating a fleet of mixed milling machines, primarily milling centres and routers with Fanuc/Haas controls.Daily activities will consist of setting machines and proving out first offs to ensure parts produced are compliant to customer specifications and held to high quality standards.Responsibilities of a CNC Machinist:Set and operate Haas/Fanuc-controlled CNC milling machinesBe able to read and work from Technical DrawingsAbility to load and edit NC programmes on the machines control.Prepare and load materials and componentsWork to specific tolerances ensuring these are accurate for each operationInspect and measure finished components, recording results using in-process inspection sheetsFulfil daily responsibilities using our ERP system.
