Youll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of research at the intersection of mental health, community care, and clinical innovation.What Youll Be Doing:Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of our newly established clinical research facility in DoncasterOversee delivery of early-phase trials (including CTIMPs and non-CTIMPs) focused on mental health and CNSLine manage a multidisciplinary site team including nurses, clinicians and support staffEnsure compliance with ICH-GCP, MHRA and NHS frameworksAct as the key liaison between Clerkenwell Health, NHS partners, sponsors, and vendorsDrive start-up, trial execution, close-out, and quality oversightMaintain a patient-first approach while ensuring research excellenceHelp define and refine operational models to replicate success across future UK sitesSupport with the final set-up of this cutting-edge new facility (manage final furnishings, equipment, new vendor relationships etc)Build the entire trial site team around you - lead on recruitment and coaching of new staffWhat Were Looking For:Proven experience managing a clinical research facility or site, ideally with exposure to CNS or mental health trialsDemonstrable ability to over-achieve on patient recruitment targetsEntrepreneurial attitude and great problem solverDeep understanding of UK clinical trial regulation / GCPExcellent leadership, operational and communication skillsClinical or nursing background is desirable but not essentialPassionate about transforming mental health care through innovative researchJoin us at the forefront of mental health research, in a role that combines purpose, innovation and real-world impact.
