Electrical Supervisor Location: Central London Salary: 54,000 per annum Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am5pm A leading facilities management company is looking for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join a static site in Central London.Ensure all your application information is up to date and in order before applying for this opportunity.This is a client-facing role in a high-end commercial environment, ideal for someone with strong technical skills and experience managing small engineering teams.Key Responsibilities: Supervising a team of engineers delivering PPM and reactive maintenance Managing daily task allocation and ensuring works are completed on time Liaising with the client and attending site meetings Issuing permits to work and reviewing RAMS Maintaining up-to-date logbooks and compliance records Assisting with hands-on fault-finding and electrical repairs when required Overseeing subcontractors and ensuring site standards are met Requirements: NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent 18th Edition (BS7671) 2391 Inspection & Testing (preferred but not essential) Previous experience in a supervisory or lead role within building services Solid knowledge of commercial systems lighting, small power, BMS, emergency lighting, etc.Whats on Offer: 54,000 per year Monday to Friday, no call-out or weekend work 25 days holiday bank holidays Company pension and training available Long-term opportunity with room to progress To apply, send over your CV or reach out for a quick chat.
