AK3257238 - Land & Property Manager AuctionsIs this the role you are looking for If so read on for more details, and make sure to apply today.Northwest basedTo 60,000, (O.T.E.) - PLUS, company Car, benefits & HybrId WorkingThe OpportunityKingsley Recruitment is retained by one of the largest independently owned auction houses to source a full time (Mon-Fri) Land & Property Auctions Manager, based out of the Northwest.The purpose of the role is to identify, acquire, and manage the Land & Property auction assets which involves overseeing property transactions, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, including buyers and sellers at auctions.Key Responsibilities includeValuer - valuation of the property base on type, condition, and location.Marketing appropriately market the property online to get the best coverage.Business Development Build and maintain relationships with landowners, developers, local authorities, and other stakeholders.CRM Communicate to Enquiries/Database with support of Marketing, deal with enquiries and record contact details to allow interested parties to be advised of changes in relation to the property, viewing dates/times/auction dates/Legal Packs and Bidding.Instructions Anti Money Laundering the vendor/property prior to marketingLegal Pack Liaise with Vendors Solicitor. Understand the structure/order/store be able to combine/compress and ensure distribution to interested parties always with a Property Registration Form.Understanding of Contract Law.Assist with selling and completion of land & property transactions.Exchange On receipt of the deposit prepare the Notification of Purchase.Statements Prepare the balance of the deposit to be sent to the vendors solicitors.Fees Invoice the vendor with an entry fee and/or commission invoice.Key ReleaseInvoice tracking with the Accounts department.Represent the company at industry events and meetings.Qualifications and Skills - Essential CriteriaMRICS qualifiedProven experience in land & property acquisition/disposals process.Strong negotiation and communication skills.Knowledge of property law and regulations in GB.Proficiency in financial management and budgeting.The ability to provide accurate valuation of properties (RICS Certification)Some knowledge of building and construction.Integrity, Empathy, Confidence, Presentation and Communication Skills.Honesty, Punctuality and high levels of Professionalism.Experience with CRM and Property Portals on digital platforms.Desirable CriteriaExcellent analytical and communication skills.Sound judgement and ability.Good maths and analytical thinking skills.Experienced in Outlook, Excel, Word and AcrobatExcellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.Strong organisational and project management skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.RemunerationCompany CarCompany PensionFree Parking28 Days Holidays (incl. of Bank Holidays)Health & Wellbeing Programme Access to BUPAStaff Discount SchemeTo ApplyEmail: andrew@kingsleyrecruitment.co.ukPhone: 07879 413 765 Quote Ref: AK3257238My client offers real scope for career development for a dedicated, professional and enthusiastic individual with a strong work ethic who wants to join one of the market leaders.
