We are seeking a Senior Membership Coordinator for a 12-month maternity cover role to oversee the membership offering.About the RoleYoull play a central role in delivering first-class service to members, leading the Membership Administrator, and driving operational excellence across key membership functions. This is a varied and rewarding position offering the opportunity to engage with senior stakeholders, manage high-quality communications, and maintain vital systems.Key responsibilities include:Supervising and coaching a Membership AdministratorActing as first point of contact for member queriesManaging onboarding for new and associate membersLeading internal systems and platforms (CRM, CMS, IT liaison, website updates)Supporting communications, member benefits, and committee liaisonCoordinating staff onboarding, health & safety, and wellbeing initiativesManaging data integrity, directories, and CRM updatesSupporting leadership with member presentations and reportsHelping deliver a high standard of administration across the teamThis is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys autonomy, is proactive by nature, and thrives in a collaborative and member-centric environment.About YouWere looking for a confident and capable administrator with:Minimum 5 years administrative experienceStrong leadership and communication skillsProven ability to manage systems (CRM, CMS), with excellent IT literacyAttention to detail and a natural drive for process improvementCustomer-first mindset and professional telephone mannerBasic HTML knowledge desirableA team player with a hands-on, can-do attitudeWhat Youll GetSalary: 27,000 p.a.Flexible hybrid working: Office MonThurs (Coventry), WFH FridaysA supportive, values-driven team cultureA varied and autonomous role where your work truly mattersReady to Join Us?This role starts on 4th August 2025, with a thorough handover and induction provided.
