Full Time 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday 9.00-17:30.If you think you are the right match for the following opportunity, apply after reading the complete description.Join our creative marketing team!As a UX Designer within our Marketing Team, you'll combine creativity with commercial insight to ensure designs align with business objectives and goals. Youll be involved in research, planning, and creative design, balancing strategic thinking with the need to work efficiently and manage multiple iterations.Are you a dynamic and creative UX Designer looking for a role that offers flexibility and variety? A positive, respectful approach with excellent interpersonal skills. Confidence in presenting design concepts and responding to briefs. Ability to collaborate with stakeholders, gathering feedback and refining designs accordingly. Enthusiasm for working across multiple projects at pace, adapting as needed.Technical expertise: Strong UX design experience across desktop and mobile platforms. Deep understanding of customer-centric UX design principles, usability, and content architecture. Proficiency in mainstream UX tools (Miro, Figma, etc.). Knowledge of HTML/CSS (beneficial but not essential). Interest in leveraging AI and new creative tools to enhance design efficiency. Solid grasp of accessibility and usability regulations. Experience in creating and managing digital style guides to ensure consistency across typography, colour schemes, and layout.Background & experience: 45 years of UX design experience within B2B or B2C retail/consumer sectors (agency or direct).
