We're a small, friendly team with big ambitionsand were excited to bring on someone who shares our values.What Youll Be DoingAs a Sales and Administration Assistant, youll be involved in a wide range of tasks supporting our sales, operations, and marketing teams:Responding to customer and client enquiries via phone, email, and social media messages with professionalism and clarityRecording and managing sales leads using CRM systemsWorking closely with our Sales Manager to track customer interactions, follow up on leads, and identify sales opportunitiesConducting market research to help identify new markets, trends, and competitor activityCoordinating the logistics and bookings for trade shows and industry eventsManaging orders for merchandise, print materials, and promotional itemsOrganising the dispatch of customer orders from our workshop and off-site warehouseManaging, recording and replenishing stock and general organisation of our workshopPreparing and sending product samples to prospective clients and customersSupporting general office and administrative tasks as neededWho Were Looking ForWere not expecting years of experiencewere looking for someone who ismotivated,curious, and ready to learn.
