As they grow, they are committed to maintaining a robust security and technology framework to protect their information assets, customers, and operations.We are looking to find an experienced and proactive IT, Security & Compliance Manager to join their team as the first in-house IT hire. In this pivotal role, you will take ownership of the day-to-day management of IT services, systems security, and incident response. You will ensure the security, integrity, and availability of the companys systems and infrastructure, and play a key part in supporting compliance-related activities.Key Responsibilities:IT OperationsManage daily operations of IT systems (e.g., Microsoft 365, Intune, VPN, AWS environments)Oversee user accounts, device security, and application access controlProvide first and second-line Helpdesk support to internal usersMaintain and test business continuity and disaster recovery plansCybersecurity ManagementImplement and maintain security policies (access control, password management, vulnerability management)Monitor threats and respond to security incidentsEnsure effective implementation of technical controlsCompliance SupportRespond to compliance queries from customers, prospects, and external stakeholdersAssist with completion of security questionnaires, tenders, and RFPsCollaborate across teams such as Commercial, Finance, and Engineering to support compliance initiativesYou be a good fit if you align to the following:Proven experience in IT operations, cybersecurity, and compliance managementStrong technical knowledge of relevant systems and security frameworksExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to work proactively and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
