You wont just be selling youll be influencing, collaborating, and elevating the entire customer journey.If youre ready to build a career that goes beyond quotas and taps into your potential, lets talk.The ResponsibilitiesTo achieve all KPIs and sales targets set out belowOwnership of individual strategic sales plans that feed into the overall sales strategy and report back to the Sales Director monthly.Engage in strategic relationships with customers to assure the realisation of the services and to add on additional service revenue.Collaborate with sales, engineering, and marketing teams to develop the sales pipeline.Responsible for the generation of revenue from new business customers.Annual creation of a written sales plan to meet the business objectives laid out.Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximise profitsDevelop trusted advisor relationships with new business accounts, stakeholders and executive sponsors.Always represent the company with honesty, integrity and in the best interests of the company.Will comply with all Databarracks policies and processes relation to information security and quality management.Will protect the confidentiality, integrity and availability of all Databarracks own, clients, staff, and suppliers, information assets.Will strive to enhance customer satisfaction continually.Work with the senior management team, directors and other employees on compliance and certifications as the business may demand and ensure that work is carried out in the business in line with those standards.Skills requiredA sharp sense of where to focus within the sales cycle to maximise your personal impact and results.The kind of energy, insight, and collaboration that makes others want to work with you and learn from you.Strong organisational skills that help you effectively prioritise tasks and keep the team on track to hit shared goals.A true team mindset: open to learning from others, unafraid to ask for support, and always ready to contribute.A solid understanding of the IT Managed Services landscape, with the ability to speak the language of our clients.Proven experience building and nurturing successful client relationships that stand the test of time.A customer-first approach thats not just a mindset its how you operate day-to-day.Commercial savvy that gives your sales conversations a strategic edge and drives real value for the business.The CompanyDatabarracks is an IT Resilience managed service provider based in South West London.
