Account DirectorWant to apply Read all the information about this position below, then hit the apply button.Location: London (Hybrid)Salary: 50,000-70,000 base + Uncapped Commission |Realistic OTE: 100,000-140,000.We are supporting a fast-growing, privately-owned IT solutions and services provider in their search for an experienced Account Director to join their expanding team. This is a key hire for the business as they continue to invest in talent and scale operations to meet strong market demand.This role is ideally suited to a high-performing sales professional from a reseller or MSP background who has a track record of achieving and is looking for a new challenge with a highly rewarding, transparent commission structure and a strong focus on margin-based performance.Key Responsibilities:Develop and manage client relationships across key verticals, including legal, financial services, construction, insurance, and fintechPosition and sell IT infrastructure and managed services solutions, particularly around Microsoft and Cisco technologiesDrive revenue growth through new business acquisition and account expansionOwn and deliver against a defined gross profit (GP) target, with commission earned on booked margin from day oneWhats on Offer:50,000-70,000 base salaryUncapped commission structure, with no threshold or gatewayInitial commission rate of 8.3%, increasing to 12.4% upon hitting annual targetDouble commission ("double bubble") beyond 150% of targetStretch bonuses available at 120% (10k) and 140% (15k) of target achievementTransparent earnings model with no seat cost and no clawbacks+ Exceptional company benefits on top!Ideal Candidate Profile:Successful sales experience within an IT reseller, MSP or IT Professional Services environmentDemonstrable track record of achieving targets and goals.Strong understanding of the IT channel and the ability to position vendor technologies, particularly Microsoft and CiscoComfortable managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation through to closing and post-sale account managementConfident operating in a fast-paced, performance-driven environmentThis is a significant opportunity to join a business with a clear vision, strong leadership, and ambitious growth plans.
