What the Job Involves The job involves managing a diverse and sometimes complex caseload, including providing safeguarding for adults. You will be responsible for conducting assessments and interventions based on social work principles. You will collaborate with other professionals and agencies and provide support and mentorship to trainee Social Workers. You are expected to maintain confidentiality, adhere to data protection protocols, and demonstrate compliance with the Professional Capabilities Framework at an appropriate level for your experience. Skills Professional social work degree or equivalent Experience with mental health disorders and care management Application of Mental Capacity Act 2005 and Care Act 2014 Excellent verbal and written communication skills Experience with statutory social work in hospital discharges Ability to manage complex caseloads autonomously Ability to provide expert advice and supervision
