Service Advisors qualify claims under supervision, ensuring accurate and speedy claims resolution giving regard to company procedures, insured liabilities and customer sensitivities.What youll do:Provide accurate claims advice across a variety of productsResolve claims across a variety of platforms, telephone, fax, email and onlineUnderstanding our various customers requirements and working with them to ensure they are properly dealt withMaintain company service levelsProvide support to the Sales team by providing accurate and timely informationProvide professional and friendly serviceProduce reports/spreadsheets on claims issues/queries on requestArrange vehicle assessmentsOther reasonable duties as requiredWhat youll bring:Skills and competenciesA high level of literacy and numeracyInitiativeGood written and oral communication skillsthe ability to discuss the workings of the modern motor vehicleAbility to work effectively under pressure both within a team or on own initiativeGood planning and organizing skills with the ability to prioritiseWhat were looking for:Essential:Experience in a customer service roleMicrosoft Office including Word and ExcelGood understanding of voice/soft skillMechanical background or equivalent service advisor experience demonstrating knowledge of the basic workings of a modern motor vehiclePreferred:Experience in a FCA regulated environmentA background in insurance product administration and claims resolutionHands on mechanical backgroundUnfortunately, we are unable to provide sponsorship for work permits.
