This senior leadership role offers the chance to shape the future of early years and Key Stage 1 education within a warm, inclusive and academically ambitious school community.The successful candidate will be an experienced and inspirational early years leader, with a strong track record in delivering outstanding provision across the EYFS and KS1. With the support of a dedicated team, the Head of Pre-Prep will ensure excellence in both educational and pastoral care, while also contributing to the whole-school strategy as a member of the Executive Group.This is a role for a confident and collaborative professional who is committed to the highest standards of safeguarding, curriculum development, and leadership.
