Sales Manager – Food IndustryLocation: Central Scotland (Field-Based 3–4 Days/Week)Occasional Overnight Travel RequiredThis reputable, well-established business that is part of a global organisation, is looking for a results-driven Account Manager to manage around 160 accounts across Central Scotland, focusing on sales growth, margin delivery, and customer mix. You'll strengthen existing relationships while driving new business across your territory.This super varied and interesting role will see you perform a range of key responsibilities including: Managing and growing a portfolio of existing customersDriving new business through targeted prospectingHitting targets for gross margin, sales volume, and product mixBuilding strong internal relationships (Telesales, Technical, Credit, Logistics)Ensuring timely and accurate reporting and adminSupporting forecastingProviding Telesales cover when needed (i.e. during absences/holidays etc).
