Working directly with the Co-Founder on projects supporting Delivery. Working with VCs/PE's that directly invest in start-ups that have included SnowFlake, Sigma, Nvidia. Candidate focused strong candidate qualification skills and process management.Im working on a search for a Delivery Consultant for a strategic growth partner to Tier 1 VCs across the globe.The firm works with early-stage visionary start-ups and help take them all the way to IPO or acquisition through building world-class GTM and technical functions.They are now the go-to GTM team builders for several of Silicon Valley's biggest funds, as well as several emerging Tier 2/3 funds in EMEA.The ideal background will be someone whos very experienced in Delivery within the start-up, GTM space. Youll have a proven track record in delivering high-value placements in the global GTM market.Youll be educated to a good level, very literate, and an excellent communicator.Most of the work is retained, and the level of salaries youll be working on will range from 200k-5m+.Please contact me for more details.
