Stanford Real Estate Partners is currently identifying an experienced Partnerships Manager to work for a well-known residential developer/housebuilder. The role is a key part of the business's Development team and is a career-focused position with an employer that values its people as its main priority.The following information aims to provide potential candidates with a better understanding of the requirements for this role.The RoleWorking as part of a small team, reporting to The Partnerships Director, the role will manage, assess and report on the feasibility of new business opportunities as presented by the development land team. The role will include - Work with internal Technical/Commercial/Land Managers/Executives and Development Land leadto meet targets for business growth. Leading on the Preparation of bid invitations and supporting documentation (supported by internal stakeholders). Lead negotiations on larger complex schemes with clients Prepare clear and concise board reports for the Executive to present at Board meetings Advise on LA policy, s106 requirements, RP development programme and funding Work closely with Planning, Development, Land and Technical to create scheme optimisation Support the team with LA planning and housing department s106 agreements, supporting planning applications, DoV and Nomination requirements Develop and maintain relationships with LPA, LA Housing officers, RPs and Homes England Advise on Build Agreements/ Contract selection within the terms of business as set by Group. Work closely with Pre-Construction/ Development teams to co-ordinate information required toassemble contract documentation. Negotiating Land and Build package deals or JCT standard forms for forward funding, Golden Brick and turnkey solutions Work with Commercial, Construction and Technical teams to agree contract appendices orproposalsThe Successful CandidateWe are looking for an experienced Development professional with previous experience working on residential development for a house builder or Housing Association.
