Reporting to the Marketing Director, they will manage the website, trading and optimisation on Magento site. The role:Take ownership of the ecommerce website - optimizing at all customer touchpointsWork with the Marketing Director to deliver online trading and content strategyOptimise customer experience, increasing conversion and driving growth through ecommerce strategyAnalyse sales data, customer trends and competitors, delivering actionable insight to inform trading strategyPlan and deliver promotional campaigns ensuring they deliver maximum impactOwn website updates including new landing page creation, trade calendar and web contentImprove the customer journey with enhanced aov site navigationImplement A/B testing programs to optimise the customer experiencePartner with colleagues in brand and marketing to create fully integrated campaigns inline with overarching brand strategyWork closely with the customer acquisition teams to enhance experience and ensure consistent messagingMonitor and report on Ecommerce KPIsThe personProven experience in a high growth fast paced ecommerce environmentMagento experience is essentialA data driven mind with an eye for creativityA team player who enjoys communicating with stakeholders at all levels
