You will have the following skills and responsibilities:ResponsibilitiesExcellent communication skills and be the key link between stores and head OfficeDeliver KPIs and sales targets across the areaLead, motivate and manage a varied team across your areaHave the ability to plan and organise effectivelyHave strong interpersonal and people management skillsBe a confident decision maker and have problem solving abilityBe an analytical thinker who can analyse data to the best effectEnsure compliance across your areaYou will develop the retail management team through support and guidance and regular branch visitsArrange structured visits to the stores within the area to improve performance and support Store Managers in carrying out their dutiesTake responsibility for the development and succession planning of Store Managers through coaching and empowering them to manage their stores effectivelyMaintain regular communication with the Retail DirectorAct as a link in the chain of communication between the Store Teams and Central Support CentreBe aware of, and communicate to the appropriate departments, the developments in the local market placeDevelop action plans with Store Managers and Coach Managers to exploit local market opportunitiesTake a leading role in setting business objectives and budgets as well as agreeing with Store Manager plans and strategies to achieve the sameYou will be responsible for the smooth running of the stores executing a strategy that ensures all sites run at a profit, maximising brand image and team development and trainingQualificationsPrevious experience as an Area role managing 15 stores plus is essentialFashion experience preferredRequired SkillsExcellent communication skillsStrong interpersonal and people management skillsAnalytical thinkingProblem-solving abilityPreferred SkillsFashion experiencePay range and compensation packageCompetitive salary plus car & package.Equal Opportunity StatementTo hear more send your CV now.```
