You'll help deliver tailored CRM solutions and consultancy to charities, associations, and educational bodies, working closely with an experienced, collaborative team.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and convert new sales opportunities within the Not-for-Profit spaceManage and grow a portfolio of existing clientsDeliver tailored product demonstrations (virtually and in-person)Respond to RFPs/tenders and guide prospects through the sales processNegotiate contracts and close dealsRepresent the company at exhibitions and sector eventsSupport marketing activities including social media, newsletters, and blogsAbout YouEssential:B2B sales experience, ideally in an IT or tech consultancy environmentStrong understanding of CRM systems (Salesforce, Dynamics, iMIS or similar)Experience working with or within Not-for-Profit organisationsExcellent communication and negotiation abilityConfident delivering live CRM demonstrationsTarget-driven and highly organisedDesirable:Experience responding to public sector tenders or RFPsBackground in digital transformation or systems integrationWe Are Aspire Ltd are a Disability Confident Commited employer
