As a National Account Executive, you will be the face of our portfolio, driving brand visibility, sales, and distribution across the Convenience channel.Key responsibilities:Meeting distribution, availability, and visibility targets to maximise salesEducating clients on new product opportunities and implementing store activations to drive brand awarenessWorking independently, managing your territory, and ensuring optimal product placement and promotionsDeveloping strong relationships with key retail decision-makers to grow brand presence and salesGaining distribution within independent retailers through van sales strategyManaging and growing Convenience distribution through van sales strategyExecuting distribution, availability, and visibility targets across key outletsMonitoring and reporting on competitor activity and price pointsProviding education on product range and category to drive customer engagementReporting insights on distribution levels and shelf positioningWhat we are looking for:Proven experience in FMCG, retail, or sales, with a passion for developing brands in the convenience sectorPrevious experience in van salesStrong relationship-building and negotiation skillsA proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to manage your territory and workloadA full manual driving license and ability to travel within the defined areaWhats in it for you:Competitive salary and performance-based bonusCompany vehicle or car allowanceEnrolment into Westfield Health private healthcare package25 days holidayCompany pensionOngoing training and career development opportunitiesA fun, dynamic work environment where success is recognised and rewardedJoin Global Brands, where passion, creativity, and people are at the heart of everything we do.
