With a thriving online business, that's grown to 6m, and a strong brand presence across their websites & 3rd party marketplaces, they have plans to scale digital performance further!If youre an analytically minded ecommerce expert ready to take ownership of trading, marketing and user experience, this could be the perfect next step. This is a hands on role, where you will own the digital performance of x3 websites and Amazon channels - ideal role for someone who loves getting stuck into trading reports, customer journeys, content creation and campaign execution!What you'll be doing in the role:Manage and optimise their Shopify site to drive weekly sales growthAnalyse customer journeys and conversion data to recommend CRO improvementsLead Amazon trading and own KPI-led performance reviewsOversee product listings, pricing and stock movement across all channelsCollaborate with agencies to deliver paid and organic marketing campaignsLead their CRM & Email strategy (Klaviyo) including automation flows and lifecycleAnalyse conversion and trading data weekly, adjusting tactics to hit margin-focused revenue targetsExperience you'll need:3+ years in an Ecommerce role in an SME B2C environmentSkilled in Shopify, Amazon, KlaviyoExcellent copywriting and communication skillsAnalytical and commercialHands on with Email and Trading Full driving licence & Access to a Car due to locationBenefits:Free onsite parkingHybrid working - 3-4 days office basedWorking directly with their Digital DirectorSmall, friendly team with real autonomy and rapid decision-makingApply now to take your career to the next level - laura@3search.co.uk
