Backed by a global software group, the infrastructure is in placewhat they need now is a strategic sales leader to take things further.The opportunityYoull report directly into the CEO and have full ownership of the sales functionresponsible for strategy, team leadership, performance, and commercial delivery. Theres a strong base to build from, but also space to re-shape how sales supports wider business ambitions.This is a chance to join a mission-led, commercially sound business with a high-impact productand bring sharper commercial focus to a platform thats already delivering for schools, staff and students alike.Key responsibilitiesLead, scale and develop the sales team (new business and account management)Build and implement a clear commercial strategy that supports wider growthImprove process visibility and performance through SalesforceDefine and deliver on key metrics: ARR, revenue growth, conversion, client retentionPartner with Product, Marketing and Operations to align on go-to-market activitySpot new market opportunities and build a plan to capture themWhat theyre looking forProven track record in a senior SaaS sales role (Sales Director, Commercial Director, etc.)Comfortable leading a team and owning both strategy and deliveryStrong knowledge of Salesforce and a data-led approach to commercial leadershipExperience in EdTech, payments or education-focused SaaS is a strong plusCapable of working closely with C-suite and influencing cross-functional decisionsHands-on where needed, but strategic in thinkingWhy this role?Strong recurring revenue and trusted product already in use across the UKBacked by a global software groupoffering investment and long-term career pathsA chance to make commercial decisions that directly improve access and outcomes in educationHybrid model with flexibility, but real leadership presence in the office when needed
