Thats our promise to such a candidate.A few examples of your responsibilitiesNegotiate, draft, and review cross-border commercial contracts with vendors and customersincluding confidentiality, consulting, licensing, marketing, SaaS, and other technology-related agreementsAssist with global product development and launches by drafting external communications, legal terms, and policiesPartner cross-functionally and collaborate with outside counsel to provide practical legal advice and risk mitigation strategies on a broad range of topicssuch as technology, product, marketing, commercial and regulatory matters, intellectual property, and consumer protectionManage disputes and litigation in Italy and abroadGuide labor matters globally in alignment with our values and company cultureCreate and update forms, playbooks, and other scalable tools to support our high-growth businessSeek out new opportunities to unlock value for the company and address business needs by staying up to date on all relevant legal and regulatory developmentsWhat we look forReasoning ability. Typically, we offer an individual at the start of their career a salary of 83,997 in the UK and 80,457 elsewhere. If they possess a few years of relevant experience, the salary on offer tends to be between 110,389 and 194,964 in the UK, and 105,737 and 186,748 elsewhere. Pay grows rapidly as you accumulate experience and translate it into greater impact. You can also receive some of your pay in company equity at a discounted price, thus participating in the value creation we achieve together. If relocating to Italy, you may enjoy a 50% tax cut.All.
