You'll be a dynamic, forward-thinking strategist with an entrepreneurial mindset, leading by example and empowering your team to achieve excellence.Your primary responsibility will be identifying and capitalising on new commercial opportunities to drive both short-term success and long-term sustainability. You'll work closely with senior leadership to define and implement strategies that support our growth objectives and respond to evolving market trends.Key to your role will be staying ahead of industry shifts, understanding market conditions, and offering actionable insights that inform decision-making. You will continuously work to improve processes, standards, and policies while maintaining strict adherence to regulatory requirements. Ideally, you've worked within the house building or construction industry, particularly with a PLC housebuilder backgroun d dealing with a high volume of builds (500+ annually)You'll bring extensive experience in team leadership, with a track record of motivating and developing high-performance teams.
