The role would suit a CFO with a background in a technology company with a recurring revenue business model. The role is based in Singapore and would require relocation if you are currently based in the UK.Prior experience as a CFO or Finance Director in a PE-backed business is required.The Role:Business partner with CEO and Board to set and enact commercial strategyWork with commercial teams to lead data driven decision makingHelp identify, execute and integrate bolt on acquisition opportunitiesRecruit and manage a finance team locally in SingaporeRequirements:Track record as a CFO or FD in Private Equity backed businessesDeep understanding of recurring revenue business models, ideally in a tech environmentSome M&A experience is an advantage but not requiredExperience of a previous PE Exit would be beneficialQualified accountant - ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalentThis is a life changing opportunity to relocate to a dynamic market in a high growth technology business, please apply now to find out more.#J-18808-Ljbffr
