By delivering efficient energy solutions and pioneering innovative water resource management, we enable the growth of vibrant, future-ready communities.Purpose and ScopeAs a key member of the Management team, this is a strategic role in the overall management of the company and have primary day-to-day responsibility for planning, implementing, managing and controlling all financial-related activities. This includes but not limiting to direct responsibility for accounting, finance, overall cash flow management, forecasting, strategic planning, tax, deal analysis and negotiations, investor relationships, partnership compliance and institutional financing. The incumbent will also oversee corporate functions for Internal Audit & Risk, HR and IT. This role will be based in Binh Duong, Vietnam.Key Roles and ResponsibilitiesProvide leadership in the development for the continuous evaluation of short and long-term strategic financial objectivesDirect and oversee all aspects of the Finance & Accounting functions of the Company and GroupOversee and evaluate the Group funding requirements and capital structureManage processes and policies for financial forecasting, budgets and consolidation and reporting to the Company and GroupProvide recommendations to strategically enhance financial performance and business opportunitiesEnsure that effective governance and controls are in place and ensure compliance with applicable local regulatory laws and rules for financial and tax reportingResponsible for ensuring the risk and compliance management framework is embedded and operational for the GroupEstablishing and developing relations with senior management and external partners and stakeholdersQualification, Skills and ExperienceDegree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalentMinimum 15 years of relevant working experience.
