LAW Absolute is recruiting on behalf of a Local Authority based in South London for an experienced locum/temporary commercial property lawyer on a full-time basis. The contract will start with an initial 3-month period and has potential to extend from there as necessary.Scroll down to find an indepth overview of this job, and what is expected of candidates Make an application by clicking on the Apply button.You will work closely with the council on their regeneration plans, carrying out complex transactional work and liaising with retained external legal advisors.This role requires some office attendance, ideally 2 days per week in the office, so you must live locally enough to attend on a hybrid basis.To apply you will be:An England and Wales qualified solicitor, barrister or chartered legal executive with minimum 2 years PQE Able to demonstrate previous experience handling a caseload of property development/regeneration matters in a local government environment Able to attend the office in South London 2 days per week Available on no more than a 4-week notice periodThe salary guidance from the client for this role is 35-55/hour umbrella dependent on experience.For more information and/or to apply, please begin by sending your CV to Louise at LAW Absolute: Please note our advertisements use PQE/salary levels purely as a guide.
